Welcome, all Zoids fans, young and old, to the Zoids Battle Arena! I'm your Zoids guru and website host, ProtoFury! The ZBA is a new site, and I'm working on it, but I hope that it will be an awesome Zoids site!

As you know, the ZBA is a growing website, and, as all of you website-creators out there know, a website, especially a new and growing website, is hard to keep on the net for the first couple of months. I have some high hopes for the ZBA, including a Zoids RPG once we get enough regular members. But to keeep the ZBA up and running, I need some help from all of you. Adding new Zoids features, info, and media is not very easy, especially considering the fact that I'm the guy that has to come up with it all. And I don't have Zoids stuff coming outta my ears here. So if you have anything to contribute to the ZBA, it would be very much appreciated. Just email it to me at protofury@yahoo.com.

Another way you can help out is by checking in on the ZBA every now and then. I mean, let's face it, if I have all the media and info about Zoids in the world, and there is no one to look at it and tell people about it, I just wasted a ton of time. So if you like the Zoids Battle Arena, tell your friends. And if there's not enough stuff here for you, just be patient, I'm doing my best. Also, if you would like to see something on the site, would like something to be worked on a little more, have a good idea for the site or just have some advice or suggestions, email them to me and I'll take a look at it. That's pretty much all for now.

Sorry for not posting when I got back from my trip, but school and homework are really kicking my butt lately. As for now I am working on the RPG, though, since I left, I haven't made any progress with the main site. I made the link to the CG Gallery useable, and, though there's not that much there to see, it is better than nothing. I expect to be putting the RPG up within the next two months, and it is really elaborate. When I open it up, it will be complete, in a sense. It won't have any jobs for your character, nor any good side/bad side thing to partake in, such as the Zoids Battle Commission and the Backdraft, or the Republis and the Empire. I will wait until we have enough people who are battling on the RPG before I do that.

We have a bit of news for all of you fellow Zoids game players out there. The Gamecube game known as Zoids Versus III, the sequel to Zoids Versus II (or the English version, Zoids Battle Legends), might possibly be coming out in an English version as Zoids battle Legends 2! Many people have argued over whether Versus III was coming out in English, and a vast majority of people say that it probably wouldn't, but according to an IGN overview of the game at http://cube.ign.com/objects/477/477634.html, the game will come out in an English version, as stated at the top of the page. Now, if you're a Zoids Battle Legends lover like me, you've probably hoped that they would translate Versus III. Though the report does not clearly state whether they are translating it or not, it gives a pretty good idea that they are. If they are, we can probably expect it to release around January or February 2005 in the US. I don't know when it will come out in other countries, since I live in the US, but at least it will come out sometime.

Also, I will be adding a new section to the ZBA either tonight or tomorrow, and it will have a bunch of Zoids computer graphics images for you all to stare at. :p

One more thing: From Staurday November 6th to Sunday November 14, I will be out of town, and will get very little--if any--work done on the ZBA, since i can't bring my computer with me. Since I'll be staying in a hotel I don't know if there will a computer room with available internet access, so if you don't see anything happening, don't freak out. I plan to get the CG Gallery up before I leave so you all will have something new to look at, though.

EDIT: I have gotten the CG Gallery up, currently the link is not working but I will fix that later. For now, just click here to get to the gallery! I have not put very many different Zoids in, but I have got a lot of pictures. I have a lot of the Gunsniper, some of Irvine's Command Wolf, the Geno Breaker and Geno Saurer, and more! I have a lot of the Liger Zero, too, but I am tired of doing all of this work now and I'm going to put them up later!

Okay, If you're wondering what happened to the ZBA Forums, Conforums.com is doing a little updating on their site, which is effecting every site site hat has been made with Conforums, thus effecting our forums as a result.  The Forum should only be down for about 12 hours, as stated by Conforums on their notice.

Again, a bit of good news. We have another admin on the ZBA, Fq-Dark Monk! I'll be updating the Staff section to include him in a day or two. As of now I am very busy with school and homework, so I do not have much time to work on the Zoids Battle Arena, and with Striker out of the picture for a while, there's no one to do much work around here. Luckilywe have got Fq-Dark Monk to help out now.

WOOHOO! I am very happy to announce that the ZBA has gotten it's hundreth hit today! That means 100 different people have viewed this site! It may not seem like much, but that's a lot considering that some of my previous sites have ended up dying with maybe 15 hits. I hope that we will see more hits like this, and, eventually, making it up to a thousand hits!!! WOOT!

10/24/04-ProtoFury

I have done some more work on the RPG, and I put the ZBA Forums up a few days ago. Other than that I haven't done very much, due to the fact that I got Zoids Legacy for GBA Thursday. In case any of you want to know, Zoids Legacy  and Zoids Battle Legends for the Gamecube are extremely fun and challenging games. I reccomend Zoids Legacy and Zoids Battle Legends to anyone who has a Gameboy Advance or a Gamecube.

On another note, I have recieved a bit of bad news. Our admin Striker will not be working on the ZBA for a while due to some unfortunate circumstances. Don't worry though, he's alive and well, and should be back on the ZBA soon.

Also, I have some good news for you. I will be putting up some Zoids media for all of you Zoiders soon. Check back in about a week and you will probably see some new things to look at and do here.
